Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lashes: All eyelash products due to hygiene considerations
  • Opened Makeup: Any makeup products where seals have been broken
  • Used Brushes: Brush sets or individual brushes that show signs of use
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale products

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours during business days.

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original condition with all packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

4 Ship Your Return

Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as Sigma Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Timeline

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Gift Cards: Refunds for gift card purchases will be issued as store credit

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.

Exchange Process
