- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lashes: All eyelash products due to hygiene considerations
- Opened Makeup: Any makeup products where seals have been broken
- Used Brushes: Brush sets or individual brushes that show signs of use

Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as Sigma Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:
